About Services provided

​

Salsaholics.cz and its associated teachers will provide dancing lessons on a regular schedule based on customer demand, studio availability, and teachers’ availability. In general, salsa classes will be taught on an hourly basis and  Salsaholics.cz will announce any unexpected schedule change with at least 2 days in advance.

Salsaholics.cz reserves the right to suspend classes in case of situations of Force Majeure including but not restricted to: Teachers Illness/Accidents, Studios Health or Safety hazards, Natural Disasters, General Health Safety Threats (i.e. Pandemics) etc. If such an event were to happen, all current students will be notified as soon as possible and a possible restart date will be announced.

Salsaholics.cz reserves the right to finish providing all regular services. If such cancellation were to happen it will be notified with at least one month in advance to all students in the database.

About Salsa Levels

​

In our Cuban Salsa Dancing Program, levels are divided as follows:

"Level 1 - Beginners", "Level 2 -  Improvers" and "Level 3 - Semi Intermediate" and "Level 4 - Intermediate/Advanced."
Salsaholics.cz teaching techniques, fundamentals, figure distribution and future changes in these levels are considered a company prerogative to maintain secret. 

Salsaholics.cz reserves the right to add or remove levels based on demand and teachers/studios availability. If a level cancellation will be done, all current passes owners will be informed by their desired contact method at least two weeks before the level is completely cancelled.

Salsaholic.cz teachers reserve the right to commend students to go to another level to maintain the level and standard of a class for the rest of the attendants. An appropriate compensation for the class missed can be accommodated.

About pricing and payment plans

​

The base price of a single one hour class is 250 czk. The following table offers discounted prices for prepaid passes in the following formats:

1 MultiSport BeneFit Card usage - Special deal*

5 single classes pass - 1,100 czk

10 single classes pass - 1,900 czk

1 couple class - 450 czk

5 couple classes pass -1,800 czk

10 couple classes pass - 3,100 czk

*Multisport Benefit Card is a valid payment method for an hour (60 minutes) class per day only. A valid ID must be shown when this payment option is used.

​

Payments are to be done in advance with no exception. No refunds are allowed.

While Salsaholic.cz reserves the right to change its pricing at any moment, any passes sold will remain valid until it’s validity date. Salsaholics.cz reserves the right to change classes and deals prices at any moment without notice to students. However, this will not affect already issued passes.

About Passes expiration

​

Multi-class passes (either 5 or 10) will be issued on the spot at their first use and will expire 4 months after that date. While students are recommended to comply with regular attendance, they will NOT lose classes for nonattendance beyond their possible expiration date.

About Venues and Schedules

 

​

The Studios/Venues and Schedules are constantly monitored and analyzed for demand and efficiency. Salsaholics.cz reserves the right to change and modify the schedules and venues with a minimum of 2 days of notice to the students. The current Studio address is as follows:

Code of conduct

​

 Salsaholics.cz main goal is to create a friendly and welcoming environment for dancers of all levels and backgrounds. With that in mind, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

1. Come to the classes clearly under the effects of alcohol or drugs.

2. Being disrespectful to other students or teachers alike.

3. Constantly disrupting/interrupting the class or the flow/ interaction between teachers and the rest of the students.

4. Come to class with a heavy body odor that displays a lack of basic hygiene.

Failing to avoid these behaviors may result in being the entry to the class or being expelled from the class without the right of a refund.

Limitation Of Liability

​

While Salsaholics.cz will always take into account the well-being of the students, it is not responsible for any injuries nor discomforts resulting from the physical efforts that dancing represents. 

Salsaholics.cz will not be held responsible for any lost items. Studios where classes are taught, provide a locker system where valuables can be kept.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

While figures themselves are not copyrighted, and it is allowed to take a video at the end of each class, it is not allowed for students to take a video of the class itself.

 

COVID-19 Special Measurements

​

The following measurements will be taken whenever government regulations allow the classes to happen in regular intervals but some restrictions are in effect.

​

• Salsaholics teachers will make sure there’s a constant airflow.

• It is completely forbidden to attend the class with any flu-like symptoms or symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus. Also, it is not possible to come if you have reason to believe you or people in your household have been recently exposed to the COVID-19 virus.

• It is the student's responsibility to make sure the constantly changing requirements are followed and fulfilled for the class attendance.

• Salsaholics Teachers reserve the right to request for Covid tests (PCR or Antingen), COVID-19 vaccine certificate affidavids, or any other documents based on their discretion and the Government restrictions at any given moment.

• Salsaholics Teachers reserve the right to reject any student that they believe poses a threat to the health and safety of the class attendees based on the current regulations.

 

*Salsaholics teachers and studio managers are constantly monitoring and investigating the current pandemic situation to follow and fall into compliance with Czech regulations and needs. All efforts are constantly being done to provide a safe environment to practice dance and sport. However, it is ultimately your own responsibility to attend. By attending a Salsaholics class you understand there is a calculated risk involved and your attendance is voluntary.

 

About Terms and Conditions Amends

​

Salsaholicz.cz reserves the right to adjust and modify the current terms and conditions. Whenever any change happens, the changes will be communicated to any active students to their latest known contact method and invited to read and update themselves. It is ultimately the students’ responsibility to read Salsaholics.cz terms and conditions and any updates done to them.
